As the rapid development of the spacial structure technology and the widely and variously use of large spacial nodes, the traditional loading equipments can't meet the new requirements of the developments. The further development of the spacial structure theory needs new loading equipments. Having effective and multifunctional loading test equipments is an important foundation and ensurance for the developments of new theory, new structure and new application of spacial structure subject. A special loading equipment is introduced here, which use a hollow sphere as its underprop and can apply loadings to the node in it from different directions. With this equipment, we can know the stress, displacement and destroy mode of the node under complex forces, which can be used as a reference to the design of spacial node. The equipment can also be used to verify the performance of practical node. The hydraulic and control system of the loading equipment is designed here. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:In chapter 1, it makes a summarize of the spacial structure and its assortment, shows the necessary of loading test for the spacial structure and the conventional loading ways used at present, then introduce the design requirements of the equipment.In chapter 2, after analyzing the load and ascertaining the main parameter of the system, it designs four different hydraulic systems for the equipment. After comparing with them, it chooses the final scheme as the equipment's hydraulic system. Then it chooses the types of the components of the system, and uses SolidWorks 3D software to design the system's 3D model.In chapter 3, it verifies the intensity of key components of the hydraulic system by means of theoretical calculation or computer simulation.In chapter 4, it establishes the model of hydraulic motor control loop, the model of hydraulic pressure intensifier, the simplified model of single cylinder loading system and its PID control system, the simplified model of multi-cylinder synchronous loading system and its PID control system. Then it simulates the force and displacement control systems.In chapter 5, the whole layout and main functions' realization of the measurement and control system are introduced. The hardware buildup and parts of software module are designed here too.In chapter 6, some conclusions of the work and the further works to do are given.
