The Design And Realization Of Network Test System

With the development of computer technology and Internet penetration, it has entered the information age, it was also known as the Digital Age. On the digital network environment, the traditional school management methods and level faced tremendous challenge. Students hope that the situation in accordance with their own personalized learning, they also hope to get a scientific evaluation; Teachers hope that the existing examination models effectively improved, they also hope to improve the efficiency of the examination; Educational institutions want to provide the students faced the Internet more comprehensive and flexible services, so that they could track and evaluate students comprehensively and accurately. However, there are still many schools failed to make fuller use of campus network resources, particularly in the use of networks to organize examinations, there are still large gaps. The traditional mode of examinations, from the test questions'selection, printing and the preparation for an examination, the examinee status verification, and invigilation to grade examination papers and give the score, often last a long time, spent many human and material resources; it is undoubtedly an enormous task. And, due to manual operation, it is inevitable errors and other human factors .As a result, to the fairness and seriousness of the test was badly affected. Network Test System then resolves traditional examinations'shortcoming and seems ready to be in demand in the practical application.Network Test System is an extension of the traditional examination. It can use the vast infinite space of network to exam the students at any time, coupled with the use of database technology, it greatly simplify the organization of the traditional examination process and improve the effect and the standard of examination work. Therefore, network test system is an important component of electronic instruction, it provides software technology platform for school to realize no-paper examinations system.Based on the above background, the author designed and implemented a network examination system, which is faced institutions of higher learning; it is specialized designed for the actual demand of school routine management work. The objective of this paper is to develop a instructional-oriented examination system which is easily manage and maintain ,the system has a certain Versatility, it can meet the requirements of the test and examination for several courses. This system can provide teachers a platform to conduct regular appraisals and Final assessment; provide students a platform to use the Internet conditions for independent study; provide different courses a platform to avail online examination.This paper mainly elaborated the design and development process of network examination system which is based on ASP.NET, focused on the following aspects:1. The main technology which is necessary for Network Test System design;2. The overall framework design of Network Test System;3. The overall design and specific function of Network Test System;4. Implementation of Network Test System;5. Execution and prospects of Network Test System.This Network Test System considered the ultimate demand of various types of users synthetically, considered various users'conditions from different levels. Therefore, it fully reflected the integrated system layout on design of network structure. This system mainly used the network technologies and the database technologies, based on B / S mode to research. It mainly completed the functional design of the following areas, according to the investigation and classification of the actual examination needs.1. The design of User Login and Registration Module User login and registration module is a gateway platform for various roles of users to enter the system. User login process is essentially a validation process. Users input some specific information such as user roles, user names and passwords in the login page. Network Test System Login module then acquires the user's specific information in the database, and then determines the correctness and legitimacy of user's information, and shows user his next operation pages according to his role. Different roles of users logged into different operation pages. User registration function is an entry qualifications application platform provided for the students to application to take the examination. Students can apply to take the examination in the user registration page, and can become official candidates after validated. This function can take full advantage of the convenient conditions of the net, and can realize the convenient management of students.2. The design of User Management ModuleUser Management Module mainly used to comprehensively manage all the users of entire system, including add users according to their roles, modify users, delete users, query users and other functions. Various functions manage classifiedly based on the role of users. Through this classification, the users'roles were distributed, and the specific authority management was achieved.3. The design of Question Bank Management ModuleThrough question bank management, the overall management of examination papers can be achieved. Question bank was classified managed according to profession and curriculum, and papers were organized and arranged in accordance with the needs of different examination. Since this system faces the network examination system of standardized tests, all the questions of question bank are multiple-choice questions, and other types of questions are not included. In order to adapt to all the different types of examinations, the system is now being further improved and is preparing to add the test blank, judgment, simple operation and other questions.4. The design of Online Examination ModuleOnline Examination module mainly completed question extraction, test generation and grading papers automatically of the network test system. Online Examination module is a specialized module for the vast number of candidates. The legal candidates can participate in the corresponding examinations after login. Therefore, this module can provide for various candidates the exam papers which they should participate, and can receive the answer information that candidates input. The system grades papers automatically after the test.In this paper, the system only attempted and explored the network examination. With the application and popularization of network examination, the network examination system can broaden services category. The problems which teachers may encounter in routine teaching can be resolved in this platform. For teachers, task issuing and collecting and other functions can be added to this platform; for students, routine assistant exercise can be realized through this platform.
