Researching and discussing on data persistence booming, that is because theproblem to design of data persisting lay is so complex that there is no end atconsistence of these debates, the area to which the question on persistence relate is soextensive that different issues have not been solved in the same way. In this thesis, there will be lots of discussion on analyzing about thebackground and significance of this research, the main meaning of theme will bedescribed step by step among three sections, i.e. the EJB core definition which is thefoundation, the defects of DAO model which is the precondition and the EJB3persistence architecture which is the direction of migration. Then at the meantime,there is also to try to prove the possibilities of view of point, and bring out a concretestrategy which makes the migration from DAO to EJB come true. The analysis on thestrategy and its implementation procedure will be explained at the end of this thesis.
