The Research And Design Of The TFBTOS Data Interface

This paper discusses the design and development of a data interface software based on the modern cyber network and database techniques. The software is designed to satisfy the demand of the Taxation, Fisc and Bank Transverse Online System (TFBTOS) which is aimed to realize the data-exchange between Taxation bureau and Banks. Founding on sufficiently analyzing the business demands, the paper particularly discusses the functional module, topo-fabric, data-exchange and security strategy of the system, especially systematically probes into the development model and data-exchange technical project.According to the process criteria of software engineering, the paper studies the data interface of the TFBTOS and adopts the XML as the main data-exchange technique between the heterogeneous databases. From the aspects of the data-exchange idea, software systematic structure and network fabric, the paper designs the data-exchange project, especially the systematic structure of the interface, business processes, interface data structure and data transmission.In the development aspect, the paper chooses to program under the frame of the opening resources project Castor. It preferably realizes the marshalling and unmarshalling of XML, reduces the programming and maintaining work-loads of the system, fulfills the data-exchange via JavaSocket or MQ technique.After going into application, the system obtains a good user reflection. It is simple, practical, safety and stable. The system commendably solves the information isolated island problem among the Bank, Taxation and Fisc. It also provides the academic and practical support to develop and settle the heterogeneous data-exchange and information sharing problems.
