WAP-Based Mobile And Secure Integrated Lottery Business System Design And Realization

With the rapid growth of mobile communication technology, people's requirement for human-based, personal and fashionable mobile service is more and more vigorous. Simultaneously, the ARPU value of mobile voice is continued to drop, however, the ARPU value of mobile value-added service increases slowly. Now mobile value-added service strongly improves the mobile communication operation income. The time of 3G License issued is running out, mobile value-added service will become the focus of telecommunication's development during the 11^th Five-Year Plan. At the same time, the Lottery Industry is also developing as the sixth industry in the world. In this article, based on the research about Secure and Mobile Lottery Value-added Service Project of CCIT Co.', the mobile communication technology is used in Lottery Industry; a WAP-based mobile and secure integrated lottery business system is designed and realized.This article first introduces the definition, classification, and character, the development status in abroad and domestic of mobile value-added service. It also gives a brief of several kinds of technology which realize mobile value-added service, such as SMS, WAP, BREW, IVR etc. Then this article focuses on the design and realization of the WAP-based mobile and secure integrated lottery business system. The design part includes the outline of WAP technology, the scheme of the platform implementation, and the overall design ideas of the platform, software technology selection, system configuration, platform functional design, database design and security design. The realization part includes functional module realization, such as user manage, service demand, service order, information inquires. It also includes platform interface illustration, testing illustration, some difficulties and their solution in the realization process. At last, this article makes a summary, indicates some shortcomings and the next work.
