The development of computer and network technology brings the profound technique evolution in the field of control. Networking and opening will become the main trend of construction of control system. However, the control network applied to the business enterprise low floor is relatively retarded compared with information network. It's necessary to realize the amalgamation of control net and information net for the sake of monitoring the product remotely. The thesis brings forwards multifunctional gateway bases on Ethernut to actualize the seamless conjunction of enterprise control network and information network.The key of Embedded Network Technology is embedded network server. It uses traditional non-standard equipment to provide an Internet Protocol Conversion work tools which manage these software and hardware equipment support. With embedded system pandemic, a well-designed operating system has become embedded system indispensable level, Ethernut is the first launch of an 8-bit microcontroller based embedded Ethernet solutions, Its source code is open, users can conveniently use in the program on the basis of secondary development.This thesis's starting point based on Ethernut embedded gateway design and realization. This thesis brings some applications on the embedded system in industrial control system. My investigation focus on the embedded gateway protocol which finishes the data conversion between Ethernet and equipment bus. This thesis bases on Ethernut Ethernet-based solutions and 8-bit processors Atmeg128. And I transplanted Nut/OS embedded operating system, and through Nut/net Ethernet protocol stack achieve the IP protocol. I also designed a Lonworks Fieldbus and Ethernet interfaces and procedures, Can bus and Ethernet interfaces and procedures and serial port and Ethernet interfaces and procedures. At last I achieve control of the enterprise network and information network seamlessly interconnected.This thesis discusses transplant method of the embedded operating system in Atmega128 Nut/OS and the realization of Ethernet TCP/IP stack access two different industrial field bus in detail. This system designs an Internet communications system include the conversion agreement, the system of functional integration, communication protocol conversion, software interface standard, multi-user management, application software development and other aspects of some innovation. This is valuable for the design and promotional of the similar systems.
