Robotic Soccer System is very challenge research subject in the area of the Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. The development of its relational technology especially represents one country's information technology modernization level. As the research platform of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Soccer competition has been attached more importance to by many countries and attracted many scholars and researchers to devote into. As an miniature antagonizing high-tech platform, Robotic Soccer System covers a lot of high-new technology including Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Pattern Recognition, Image Processing, Automatic Control Communication, Sensor and so on. Robotic Soccer System is usually composed of Robotic Car, Vision, Wireless Communication and Strategy. When developing the Soccer System under simulative platform, the research and implement of Strategy has been emphasized.This system bases on the platform of Simulate 11vs11. It aims at the research and implement of the defence strategies and the relational technologies in the Strategy. Some new views have been put forward in this paper. At last, the system was developed by combining the defence strategy and the teammate's attack strategy. The content of this paper contains the following:At first, the bottom world model of the system which provides base information for strategy has been designed by analyzing the Robotic Soccer System simulate model, including robotic sport characteristic and its kinematics model. The ideal world model has been designed with the promotion of the defence strategy by analyzing the Robotic sport's kinetics model.Secondly, analyzed the Multi-agent architecture, and on the basis of the Robotic Soccer System strategy model the design of the Multi-agent architecture in Robotic Soccer System has been proposed, which includes the Multi-agent model, Multi-agent communication and so on.Thirdly, with deeply analysis of the Robotic sport kinematics model and kinetics model, the basic actions and tactics actions has been designed. At last, the defence strategy which is the emphasis of this subject has been researched. It contains the arithmetic of goalkeeper orientation, the classification defence strategy and the whole defence strategy. And in this process, the Genetic Arithmetic has been imported to optimize the parameters and improve the defence capability.In this paper, the effective defence system has been researched and designed. This Robotic Soccer System provides the validity safeguards for the defence of Robotic Soccer System.
