With the rapidly growth of the network information resources, people more and more concern how pick up quickly and availably information in the network information, make it produce result in the management and the decision availably. The technique of search the engine solved the difficulty of the customer index network information, According to traditional information retrieval pattern, the information lacks an uniform semantic description. It is hard for user to find more relevant information. How to realize the semantic searching by means of the domain knowledge, are challenging tasks for information retrieval.Based on the examination of existing problems, this dissertation sums up a information retrieval project based Semantic Web. It also describes design idea and process of the information retrieval system, and proves in theory the validity of the framework. Moreover key techniques involved are studied, including domain ontology construction, information resource collection, semantic inference, sort of retrieve result set and inverted file index. Aimed at the shortage of the search experiment system of semantic Web in searching seed, a block organization of inverted file is inducted. It integrates the effects of the document identifier data and document weight data to improve the efficiency of retrieving process. For comprehensive optimize the system function to provide an operable frame. At last, put forward a improvement calculate way to decrease buffer memory.Through the analysis and research to enunciation, the block organization strategy can read little inverted data but get a search result, reducing performance time and memory space of the inspectional calculate way, improve exaltation index system of efficiency as a whole.
