Based on the idea of digital earth, more practical network extending system can be explored. However, an intending network extending system is obtained not by extending a certain existing core system but synthesizing some local autonomic systems. Interoperation, extensibility, universality and intelligence are system traits. Grid computing, which combines internet with distributed system, whose aim is obtaining services with plug and play as using power. Agent Grid, which Agent is considered as a cell and is applied not only to application layer but to multilayer of grid, can fufil system requirements.In this dissertation, the architecture of Agent Grid System and software modeling are researched. The main works are as follows:The Agent Grid is investigated in details and an Agent Grid Architecture is given with Web Service Resource Framwork as service framework in this dissertation. At the same time an Agent Grid System model is given. This model having the Agent Grid as a center facilitates resources sharing, which embodies demands and basic ideas of grid design. This model that Agent is considered as a cell is characterized with distributive and extensive. It maps services and tasks with entity to application system and facilitates realization.To fufil that model demands, by researching several classic Agent-oriented requirement analyses and modeling methods used president, Agent-Oriented Modeling based on Grid is introduced. This modeling method is improved via defining a universal Agent entity and extending meta-model. It proposes Agent-oriented requirement with a group of graphic presented, which could describe the whole requirement model of Agent-oriented systems, it provides a visual modeling framework to describe the grid framework, a unified modeling language to implement intuitively description.Finally, an instance is given to illustrate main process of model in detail. That the improved AOMG modeling is characterized with practicability and validity is proved.
