The study on mass communication includes transmitter, contents, methods of communication receptors and effects, among which the research on the effects has the longest history, the most disputes and the most practical significance. In the modern days, when the competition among all kinds of media is more and more intense, the key competition is that of reporting, whose core is to contest news. Therefore, only when the medium wins in the competition, can it get advantage in the multitudinous media.As we all know, owing to the typical characteristics of television mews—effectiveness, authenticity and iconicity, it has already shown a strong superiority. However, along with the impact other media especially the network media brings, how to dig its potential in the maximum limit on the basis of the original superiority should be the central attention of the current television journalist. With correlated theories of communication and journalism, combined with the author's knowledge of the effects of communication television news, this article mainly discusses the maximization of transmitting television news from the microscopic level.This article altogether includes five parts. First it begins with the significance of maximization of the effects of transmitting television news in both theories and practices. It analyzes the tradition topic that pursuing transmitting effects is the ultimate objective of all media. In view of the present situation of television news in our country: the specialized channels appear; the authoritative position of the news in transmission becomes more and more prominent; the influence of news items on the advertisement delivery is more and more great. In our country, the quantity of television news has already inflated. How to improve the quality of transmitting news, achieve the unification of quantity and quality of news, and truly realize the maximization of the transmitting effects, are the problems needing to be solved immediately in the present situation.The second part of the article analyzes the factors influencing the maximization of the transmitting effects taking the essential elements in the process of transmission as objects. As the sponsor and the guide of transmission, the transmitter plays the initial role of operation. The way of manifestation of television programs is the question which the present television news transmission concerns most. The receptors are the final manifestation of the effects. Different audiences have different understanding to the transmitting effects. The maximization of effects of the four essential factors all depend upon good medium ecological environment to realize.The third part takes the innovation of news as a standpoint and discusses how to realize the maximization of transmitting television news. It demonstrates the significance of transforming ideas from views of responsibility, management, brands, benefit and more moral.The fourth part has analyzed the specific of realizing the maximization of transmitting effects from several links of television news transmission, namely to strengthen the consciousness of news plan, put emphasis o selecting topics, enhance the performing ability of television news.The fifth part discusses from the macro control to the maximization of transmitting television news from the angle of management. First, a reasonable system of evaluating the quality of television news items must be established. Second, the marketing of the programs should be enhanced. Third, we must have the consciousness of maintaining programs with brand. Fourth, realize the effective use of news resources by the way of medium fusion.The study on the effect of transmitting television new is a broad domain. In the entire transmitting process, all links affect and limit each other. Through studies we've realized that television news programs in our country always go extreme due to the influence of various subjective and objective factors. They either lack facts haven't made clear the relation between the news and publicity; either refers to the general shallow piling up and dissemination of facts or becomes a large-scale direct broadcast of wasting resources or a simple report of important news which has great influence. It's lucky that along with the improvement of the medium ecological environment in our country, transmission effects of television news in CCTV and some provinces and cities has already had evident improvement these years. However, most areas still keep the old idea, tradition and methods. This article analyzes the maximization of transmitting television news from theories and the practices. It points out why to pursue the maximization of transmitting television news. Based on the realization of factors influencing the maximization of transmitting television news, it will have significance in macro thoughts, concrete measure, news operation and program management.
