Scientific research evaluation, a key part of scientific management, is a basic function mechanism , which would guarantee science developing favoringly. With the era of the knowledge-based economy is coming, more people are undertaking scientific research, and the function of scientific research is becoming more important.In the first part, the thesis describes the development background of the evaluation system and the status quo at home and abroad. In the next part, the basal theory about AHP and the relative technical theory are explained. Then, the analysis of the aim and the function requirement of the system followed. Based on all these, the whole design project is drawn out. The following is the explanation of the software design project and the relative technology, Last, the flow chart and the core code of the key part of the system achievement are illuminated.With regard to the software design method, modulization is adopted in the evaluation system. That is, the whole system is divided into many smaller individual modules, thus the stability and the maintainability are improved, and the build-up period is shortened.The evaluation system is framed by the prevalent B/S architecture, combined with the Apache + PHP + MySQL as development environment. Based on these, the efficiency is increased and the whole cost is reduced. |
