Design And Implementation Of Multi-database Electric Power Contract Management System Based On .NET

Electric power contract management system is one kind of information system which is developed according to the corresponding laws .It can quickly draft, sign and execute contracts following the steps of contract management and provides the functions of data query, statistical analysis. With the development of the state grid, the service and work process are more specified, the electric rules are more perfect, the requirement for the management of electric power contracts are much higher. Most developed electric power contract management systems are based on C/S mode, and support only one kind of database, which is disadvantageous to the promotion and unification of the systems. It is necessary to develop a system which can be flexible, expandable, easy to arrange and maintain, and compatible with more than one kind of database.As B/S mode systems and Web SERVICE are widely applied, a method of developing an electric power contract management system based on .net platform is proposed in this paper. The architecture of the system combines B/S, C/S mode and three-layer client mode. The system provides the functions of query, statistical analysis and management of data. Signing, executing and managing contracts across regions are achieved. Both Oracle 9i and Sybase Asel2.5 are compatible with the system.Firstly, the corresponding research background, necessity and economic benefit from the system are analyzed. Secondly, the essential techniques used in the process of system development are described. Finally, the application of design mode, the division of three-layer mode widely used in Microsoft development environment, requirement analysis and architecture design of the system are discussed. The analysis and design of database-access-layer, which are the most important aspects, are studied in this paper.The solutions to the problems of system development are suggested, the application and development of multi-layered network database based on Web technology are studied. The research and practice of the paper can be helpful to construction of other information systems.
