With rapid development of social, the problem of environment becomes more crucial day by day. As a part of environmental protecting, environmental air quality supervision is expected to be more and more advansed. Online supervision of environmental air quality based on Internet could not only accelerate understandings of instant air quality of some regions or some cities but also clarify conditions of air and improve the quality of environmental air.Supervision of environmental air quality had developed in China since 70s of last century. But our country didn' t end importing devices of air quality automatic supervision from abroad till 2000. So systems of environmental air quality automatic supervision produced by our own still has huge space to develop.This paper analyses and designs an "Environmental Air Quality Automatic Supervision System" , which aim is to build an air condition automatic supervision platform offering services for administration and decision of environmental air quality supervision by software, database, technical of communication and etc, through collection of air quality data. This system combines together functions of automatic collection of information, communication and control, administration of information, general analysis of information, selection of information and etc. It will support whole process of environmental air quality supervision administration, and what' s more, make it becomes automatic.This paper is devided into 6 chapters. The structure of it is listed as follows:The first chapter mainly describes development and meaning of air condition supervision, gives out development and advantages of air quality automatic supervision, and analyses existing problems of automatic supervision at present. At last, it summarizes meaning and content of the system this paper offers.The second chapter lists out three possible general design plans of this system, makes a comparation of them three and selects the most suitable one out for building the system. The third chapter puts forward this system's design aim, clarifies running environment of the system based on requirements and goes on posing out whole general design of this system, which including system structure, working process and dividing method of system blocks.The forth chapter researches vital techniques which encountered during process of realization of this environmental air quality automatic supervision system's central station, and concretely describes the realization of WEB server and data server of it. Among those, especially depicts the realization of WEB server in details.The fifth chapter depicts environment, tools and plan of testing this environmental air quality automatic supervision system, makes a final conclusion based on results of actual testing.The sixth chapter reviews and generalizes the research work of this paper, and prospects future research work of this problem.
