There is an increasing need for various living TV broadcasts with rapid development of economy in China especially with the rapid advance of IT industry, network has become an important approach when people acquiring information. It is a worthwhile question to study about how to organize and deploy resource in TV live broadcasting via network. This paper studied the EFP (Electronic Field Production) system structure and scheduling organization model based on network medium and presented the solution.In the paper, the component, characteristic of EFP system and several technologies applied on modeling of intelligent system are introduced. In general, the technologies and equipments available for TV living broadcasting, such as satellite and optical cable are't suit for constituting medium-small size website transmission system. An improved EFP system has been presented in the paper, which suits for network EFP live broadcasts system with the characteristics of real-time, high compression ratio and equipment simplification.Based on the structure of the system, EFP controlling and scheduling system has been studied by means of intelligent controlling theory. Currently, intelligent control theory has applied on many fields, such as telecommunications filed, railway scheduling system, workflow and intelligent traffic etc, but there is short of relevant study on the field of TV living broadcasting with intelligent control theory. Therefore the main work of the paper focused on modeling and analyzing EFP system adopting intelligent controlling theory.There are many tools for modeling. Petri net is one of them, which is based on figure, and can describe and analyze complex systems. With the control-flow structure, simplicity and direct viewing, it is liable to modeling and analyzing the practical problems for system designer and developer. Furthermore, with powerful mathematics base, it could analyze the characteristic of software and hardware. Therefore this paper models network EFPsystem by Petri nets, and adopts heuristic search to solve the optimizing problem when resource varies in the TV living broadcasting system.
