Pneumatic technology is one branch of fluid transmission and control. With the industrial automation developed in depth, pneumatic technology is widely used in every field for its inexpensive, efficient, clean, conveniently repaired and easily fit for the environment. Pneumatic technology is becoming one of the most important methods of automation.Soft grasping is one of the key technology for achieving the robot intelligence work. This technology can make the grasping the crisp and fragment into realization, which can greatly improve the working capability and level. This article introduced a new kind of object contact strength and its the function spot sensor based on the principle of gas blanket load bearing differential pressure enlargement, which can detect the forces of the work piece, grasp the work piece according to the requirements of power control, without damaging. We achieve meaningful results by making the design and analysis of the hardware and analysis of flow pressure field by simulation software CFD study of its filmA pneumatic position servo system is designed by the element in the laboratory, whose working principle, model and simulation are attempted many times, trying to improve the controlling performance, to make the piston walk fast and exactly into control. With the appearance of MATLAB artificial software, making the design process of the fuzzy control system is very convenient. This article provides the design of the controller with the MATLAB fuzzy toolbox, and the collection of on-the-spot parameters with programmable logical controller.What this article has told is the base that the design and develop the electrical-pneumatic position servo control system experimental bench which is pneumatic mechanical arm with strength and its the function spot sensor, whichcan make the mechanical arm not only do the soft grasping, but also fix position exactly.
