The Study On CAT System Of Descaling Nozzle

High-pressure water descaling spray nozzle is the crucial element of descaling equipment. It not only save plenty of capitals for customers, raise resourse utilization ratio, but also is helpful to raise competitive power and is the best way for enterprise to get greater development.On summarizing plenty of document information both domestic and international, and combining related experiment, a set of reliable property tesing method is presented. On the foundation of this, making use of water hydraulics, high-pressure fluidics,automatic control, kinetic control as well as CAD, a set of experiment table for testing high-pressure descaling nozzle property. The specific research content is as follows.1,Experiment table over constitution for testing high-pressure descaling nozzle property is presented. It is explained and designed detailly in three aspects. These are water pressure, electrical control and computer monitor in which including system principle design, lectotype and design of crucial eleement, software and so on. At last, sevral problems in pratical application have been provided and solved successlyl.2,Using the basic theory of water jet. deduce the characteristic formula of water jet. Then comparing the good and bad points of hitting power testing methods both domestic and international, a set of more reliable and cccurate testing method is put forward. On the foundation of this, hitting power is tested. The result proves that the testing method is feasible. Finally, three-demensional distribution graph of hitting power is showed using Matlab engine technology.3,In order to solve the out-of-step and the vibration of stepping control,Using the basic theory of stepping motor, analysis and calculation are carried out from three aspects which are start frequency, stop frequency and acceleration and deceleration control of stepping motor. As the basis of it, start frequence, acceleration and decelerati control proterty of stepping motor is testec. The relation between start frequency, acceleration and decelerati control and concussion, losing of motor is analyzed. and start frequency and start acceleration are choosed reasonably. the method of motor kinetic control is presented.
