The Design And Implementation Of Plpeline Plan Management System

The plan management system is the core module of Pipeline Production System (PPS), it mainly dedicated to constructs a unified information platform and to achieve effective management of pipeline plan. The system target is to achieve automation and information of plan management, including plan of the natural gas sale, the crude oil and the refined oil in the long-distance transport pipeline, and to achieve the institutionalization, standardization and regularization of plan business.In this thesis, Unified Modeling Language (UML) is the analysis and design description language. It is used to descript the detailed requirement analysis and system design, including the functional requirement, non-functional requirement, the technology architecture and the functional architecture. In the system detail design part, static and dynamic structure diagrams are used to model system. According to the characteristics of system and pipelines business, database structure is designed, which contribute to plan data sharing and the data consistency.System adopts Rational unification Process (RUP) as the software development methodology and takes .NET platform as the technology framework. In detail, system uses WebService, ASP.NET and ADO.NET to achieve development. Among them, the WebService technology enable the system to have the very good maintainability and easy to extend. AD0.NET can receive data from different types of data sources or database, and makes data access conveniently. Finally with typical operation flows, this paper describes the key realization of system.System has mainly developed a unified software platform to submit and query plan data. It achieved the institutionalization, standardization and regularization of the whole plan management flow, and enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of plan management. Besides, system unified various plan management platform, which contributes to plan data sharing and data consistency, and finally enhanced the accuracy of plan data.At present, system has already been on-line used by customers. It runs well and reliably, and not only reduces the workload of plan manager, but also improves the efficiency an effectiveness of plan management.
