With the reform and opening-up of the policy of China and the perfect of the market economy, it is necessary to promote industrialization by informatization in the enterprise. It is first step of informatization in the enterprise to put in practice ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning). In recently years, the human resources become more important and it is considered the root of the resources of the enterprise. Under this conditions, the management of the human resource is added to the ERP system as a independent module.The human resource management system, which is introduced in the thesis, is a very important subsystem of ERP. With the ERP/HR subsystem, it is more efficient to manage the human resource in the enterprise. The manager in the software enterprise can deal with the problems of high level such as making decision in order to improve the productivity.Firstly, the thesis introduces the current state, the basic conception and the basic principle of the ERP, and the benefit which the ERP brings to the enterprise, the background of selecting the topic of the thesis and the significance of the research. Secondly, the thesis introduces the EOS system developed by the Primeton Company on which the ERP/HR developed, including the characteristics of the EOS system and the key methods of the system that used in the development of the ERP/HR. Thirdly, the thesis introduces the software modeling methods and UML that used to design the ERP/HR. Finally, the thesis provides the detail design and brings forward some insufficiency and the envision of the ERP/HR system based on the design of the system.The main works of the thesis includes:1. the HR system is developed on EOS studio platform. So, if the requirement analysis of HR is finished, we can easily build the whole application system, since we only need to know the framework of the system. The HR system is easily maintained due to its extendability and stableness. 2. The detail design document of HR system is finished with UML. With the design document, it is beneficial to maintain the ERP/HR system.3. The HR system is partially implemented with the detail design document of HR system.
