Cognitive science has been the foreland of revolution of intelligence in 21st century. It is a compositive subject which investigates cerebra and intelligence; it is science which investigates human apperceive and management of information of thought. It is an activity of intelligence, which is from input of information of sense to settle of intricate problem, and from anthropic individual to anthropic society, and which investigates property of intelligence of human and machine. It constitutes the foundation of science of intelligence with AI and science of brain. The technique setting up cognitive model and implement with software is often named as modeling of cognitive, which not only explores and investigates human mechanism of thought, especially management of information of human, but also provides new frames of system and methods of technique which is used for system of AI. Recent publications show a substantial increase in cognitive model, in which many new ideas have been proposed, and become one of the remarkable areas. At present, although there are many cognitive models, which is regarded as a jumped-up and across subjects, there are much space to improve.This article analyzes and researches the cognitive software ACT of Carnegie Mellon University, SOAR of University of Michigan and relative report of technology; based on this, aiming at the situation in which investigators investigate each field singly, researches a cognitive model with function of belief and apperceiving; integrating ACT-R,Soar and model of belief, brings forward a better and more general cognitive model, which is added in module of belief, so having the function of belief. The model adopts the technique of production and heuristic search, and has function of apperceiving, belief, reasoning, memory, learning and activity, Comparing the model of SOAR and ACT, this new model emphasizes on rationality of structure of system much more than before.After knowledge has been stored in computer, how to find the relative knowledge to solve the problem quickly, in the material field, is what the search to do. Combining the model SOAR, the article introduces theory and arithmetic of heuristic search and the system of production. The following is the main content: the arithmetic of heuristic search, the realization of function of heuristic evaluation, the criterion of heuristic search, the realization of arithmetic of back tracking and emulation application of the production and heuristic search in the model SOAR.Human behavior of apperceive begins with perceive and consciousness, and it isthe base of activity of mind and behavior. Now, most of model of apperceive is model of description, for the not more models of calculability, early research is focused on rules of production, however, this model didn't consider the uncertainty of incident, situation, rules. The article adopts the means of trouble of diagnosis to observe surrounding, and based on this, constructs a universal perceptive model of game, using game of table tennis as an example. In a game, there are many attributes of techniques to apperceive, which can be directly apperceived by athlete, teammate and coach, and can be indirectly apperceived through reasoning. The attributes of directive apperceive can be obtained by a controller of direction and modulation; the taking of indirect attributes need reasoning by heuristic search or production system. Attributes of perception of other main bodies and previous attributes can be united by means of combination of proof. Research has proved that this model has corresponded academic value to improve cognitive model.
