Exploitation Of Domestic Standard Materials Database And Its Application In Cast CAE

The significance of domestic standard materials database 's exploitation for the development of cast CAE is analyzed. The idea and process of exploitation have been described by MAGMAsoft as a example. Linchpin of the materials exploitation are parameters confirmation which contain physical, chemic, thermal physical and cast technical, there parameters have to confirmed well and truly. To calculate parameters of domestic familiar cast steel by mathematic method, the data was validated; To mesure the parameters of new materials, theorty and method of data account and manage was researched, the density was managed in count of thermal conductivity; error and amend of this manage have been calculated. ZG30Cr06A has been exploited, use spectroscopic analysis to measure the chemical composition, use laser-pulse to measure the thermophysical properties ,use ray attenuation method to measure the density, use the new material in the high coal mine machinery. Addition the material into casting CAE software MAGMAsoft, empoloying the additive material and its corresponding parameters, numerical analysis was carried out aiming at socket of post ,an actual cast-steel component. Geometry and processing of the cast were optimized. Use the database in simulation and optimization of Water Conservancy Machinery.and finally the aim of practical CAE software serving for actual production expediently is achieved. The materials parameters be the same with other cast CAE software too .The method of parameters confirmation can apply into exploitation and study of other alloy.
