The self-reconfigurationg subsystem is the important part of the knowledgeable manufacturing system,which plays the key role in the action of enterprises to reduce the times of repeated development of the software, in order to increase benefits.The design and development of the self-reconfiguration subsystem of the knowledgeable manufacturing system on .NET platform are discussed, which enable the knowledgeable manufacturing system to woks well in the manufacturing, and to advance the enterprises.First, the characters of the knowledgeable manufacturing system and self-reconfiguration subsystem are analyzed. The data operating process of the knowledgeable manufacturing system self-reconfiguration is analyzed. According to the demands of the self-reconfigration subsystem and the principle of database design, the concept design and the logic design of the database are finished. the physical structure is then designed and it works well.Then, modern component technology is introduced, the differences among .NET, COM, COM+ are analyzed, and the .NET application in the self-reconfiguration subsystem is also introduced. The design goal and principle of the self-reconfiguration are discussed. According to the component standard and the self-reconfiguration demands, the design, the system structure and the function module are all proposed.Finally, based on the previous work, the subsystem is developed on .NET platform according to software engineering principle and component rules.
