The application of computer in material science and engineering is developing endlessly. To adopt some technology correlatively, for example, data processing, simulation technique, mathematical model and database etc. Something is realized in the correlative process of material science by establishing process mechanism model, such as the data analysis, the model forecast, and the optimization design and so on. The application technology of computer developing continuously, it can gradually and roundly solve the important technical problems in material science and engineering.In this article, it has separately analyzed and designed to the material composition optimization, to the curve and expressions fitting, to the computer simulation of crystal growth. It has used the multiobjective optimization theory in genetic algorithms and structured sufficiency function to realize the design of material composition by carrying out the optimized design of optimization clarifying temperature. It has separately used least squares method in curve fitting and used function fitting to carry on the curve and expression fitting and the calculations of data, which had got in the experiments. With the theory of material science crystallization procession, it has set up crystalloid growth model to carried out the computer simulation of crystal growth procession in crystallite glass by using the Monte Carlo methods and MATLAB programme tool.
