System Characteristic And Control Study On Speed Regulating Motor In Furnace Pressure Control System Of Boiler

In this paper, the mechanical characteristic and energy-saving principle of the chopping cascade speed regulating motor is discussed,and motor's simulation model is created. The model of furnace pressure control system controlled by speed regulating motor is established on the star-90 software, and its system characteristic is discussed on the model. The disturbance between two paralleled running motor is analysis by simulation. The results of the simulation display that the system and motors can run stably.The simulation of switchover between speed regulating motor and damper adjustment is studied, and the results instruct that the disturbance of the system would be smaller when the time is controlled properly between motor and damper.
