Implemented Web Based Tax Payment By Online Platform Of People's Bank Of China

With the rapid growth of business development, commercial banks began to develop middleware market in addition to the existing debt management and asset management businesses. As a result, Middleware market has gradually merged as an area where new profit is generated. People's Bank of China Tianjin Branch has started building a standard"Cai Shui Guang Ku Hang"system since 2004. This research paper discusses how system is implemented on terminals of commercial banks. A middle business product– tax payment based web system is designed based on the system.The paper discusses the design of a 3-tiered infrastructure composed of a gateway platform, a tax payment platform and a customer service platform. The technical realization of gateway and customer service platforms is the focal point of the paper.The IBM MQ middleware technology is adopted as it is well-known for high performance and high efficiency in ensuring the integrity of communication. Not only does it ensure real-time and complete delivery of information, MQ technology avoids complexity resulting from ground communication control. Provided with a MQ programmable interface, a gateway platform solution is programmed. Also, it's discussed how to utilize the signal system on UNIX platform to ensure system stability in long term. The web-based tax payment platform satisfies required logic processing of web-based tax payment business. MQ datagram technology is adopted to facilitate information exchange between gateway platforms. The communication between gateway platform and customer service platform is implemented with the traditional SOCKET communication technology to ensure stronger and more effective information exchange. The paper centers on implementation of data consistency between a bank accounting server and local terminals, i.e., the continuity of 24-hour tax payment service will be fully supported by local data residing on customer service platform in case the bank account service is down. A standard transparent interface is designed to serve the needs of future system development as well as further business development of web-based tax payment.
