Under the software settings, the modeling and simulation of the power supply have assistant effects on the power supply designing. It can not only shorten the researching and developing period but also reduce the design cost. The modeling and simulation of the power supply have become the essential part for switch power supply researching and developing. This paper has found the full-scale AC-DC switch power supply modeling and simulation, and analyzed the parameters' affect to model's performances .The paper firstly analyzed the common DC-DC converter's topologies' structures and elements' characteristics, and found simply model for each converter. According to those models, the analysis of the converter's characteristic is given, listed each converter's advantages and disadvantages, and the principles of choosing the right topology for the different switch power supply.Based on the familiar converters' topologies, the paper focused on the actual designing processes of the AC-DC switch power supply, and analyzed the full-bridge converter's work elements, the Pulse Width Modulation CMOS circuit SG3525's structure, working principles, driving circuits, high frequency transformer's design and calculated the parameters in the circuit. Further more than the theory design, the paper has found the main circuits' and control circuits' models by using the ORCAD PSPICE simulation software, simulated and investigated these models' performances under the case of different parameters' changing, then pick out the right parameters according to the practical performances. The over-all model has been formed by the assistant models mentioned above. The feasibility of the circuits is demonstrated.Due to the AC-DC switch power supply design's hard switch mode, the converter brings too much power losses.
