Speciality literatures learning is one of important methods for students to master speciality knowledge and making scientific practice.For college graduate or postgraduate students,it has two ways to gain the speciality literatures.One is directive teacher provide students the related literatures according to the knowledge feature at the present rate of learning,the other is searching through retrieving system on internet.But these retrieving systems have not a navigator of the subject structure in retrieve system and it makes against to master the subject knowledge structrue for students.As unperfected retrieval tactics,retrieval result is not satisfaction,many related literatures are omitted and too many unrealated literatures appear. Moreover it is difficult to order and organize the retrieval results.In the article,we present a speciality literature learning system framework based on semantic. This framework can solve the problem of semantic description of speciality literature retrieval systems and make computer easy to identify synonyms or relative retrieval. The framework is composed of meta-data description for speciality literature,subject ontology creation,semantic analyse and retrieval, and etc.The keynotes of this article are meta-data description for literature, subject ontology creation, RDF semantic retrieval.They are also the theory bases of semantic retrieval.Firstly,according to the structure of speciality literatures and main content which students care for in retrieving.we built the meta-data databse for literatures.Then after analyzing knowledge structure and characteristics,we built a subject ontology which is directed against the subject knowledge of computer network course.The ontology describe the sematic model of the course,include knowledge structure,base relationship between concepts and etc.According to representation relationship between the field ontology and meta-data,the speciality literature can related to its subject knowledge feature. Based on ontology sematic models,It support some limited inference according to RDF description method and entailment rules.We have developed a speciality literatures learning system on computer network field based on semantic.This system tries to solve problems that ordinary systems can not do, such as identify synonyms, relative retrieval. The result of experimentation proves that this retrieval framework makes semantic of speciality literatures sufficiently emerged and the good feasibility of search strategy.
