Design And Development Of A Company's Run-time Environment

With the gradual development of the e-Learning, more and more company, enterprise and some organizations all adopt this way to organize relevant personnel to study. In order to guarantee the reusability, durability, interoperability, affordability, manageability of the education resource, At present, the standard that domestic and international e-Learning industry assets is SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) which the ADL (Advanced Distributed Learning) organization makes.This thesis mainly designs and develops an e-Learning run-time environment system for A Company according to SCORM standard. In the system, there are the functions of management and study which include: managing courses, managing users, managing subordinates and studying courses, watching results, understanding subordinates'studied state, counting studied information. The management of the company and the study of the staff member are unified together. Forms which are established by AJAX technology display system results conveniently. Using SCORM Run-Time Environment (RTE) model fully, the system structure is neat and can be expanded and easily. This system embodies the superiority of the e-Learning method, making a company reduce the training cost greatly and having the extension.
