School Office System Research And Design Based With Ninbo PolyTechnology

With an increasing number of schools promoted to a higher grade but a decreasing number of students, higher vocational schools are facing lots of pressure. One main way to release this pressure for these schools is to enhance office efficiency by applying office automation(OA) system. The soaring development of campus network has provided the physical basis for OA system development and application.J2EE platform(Java 2 Platform Enterprise Edition), launched by SUN company, defines a whole new set of standard for developing distributive structure and multi-level enterprise application. Besides adopting a distributive application module based on standardized and component development, this platform defines a comprehensive set of service aggregate, simplifying the development of expandable and flexible enterprise application, with the result that more and more businesses are making it preferred choice for OA system.This essay discusses OA evolution, introduces some characteristics of J2EE platform, and, combined with my experiences in higher vocational school, researches and designs a set of higher school OA system, which will normally meet the basic needs of college administration.
