The Research On The Cadastral Application Information System Based On The TGIS

The cadastral management always plays the most important role in the Land & Plan Management, but nowadays, the traditional management method can't work well because of the rapid development of the economy and the frequent changing of the Land Right Transfer, especially, when facing the cadastral data rapidly increasing , the information frequently updating and the cadastral maps rapidly producing, the traditional method always is out of its league. So we do need one kind of new automation system which can record and query the historical cadastral information to fit for the new requirements of the cadastral management.This paper tries to find a new resolution to solve this problem relying on the temporal GIS(TGIS) and the workflow technologies. Firstly, we do the requirements analysis of the cadastral management, and then use the Object-Oriented Approach to conclude the key objects of the cadastral management, as a reault, we designed one set of effective data structure basing on the platform of the RDBMS and GIS. Secondly, we using of the temporal GIS to analysis the temporal characteristics of the cadastral management objects in details, including their lifecycle, changing classification and the changing process, with the aim of finding out the genetic relationship of the cadastral management objects in the course of the land-use changing and concluding the status-change rules and characteristics in the cadastral information changing period, and then find a way to dynamic restore and express the cadastral information Lifecycle Change by using of the workflow engine. The experience has proved that the new resolution can solve the bottleneck problems as follows: how to express the temporal information in land information system building, how to make the picture-text integration a reality, in the same time, it can record, restore, query, export and manage the cadastral information dynamically, so it is a new method can be extend to application in the Land & Plan Management system.
