Design And Implementation Of Integration Testing On Customer Care & Billing System

The more knowledge of software engineering are learned by people, the more attentions are paid to software testing. The CC&B system, full named Customer Care & Billing System, is a telecom Business Operation Support System software. It includes business, billing, debt, balance, etc. Software testing is important to CC&B system, but now CC&B system lacks integration testing. In order to consummate the flow of testing and improve the quantity of software system, it needs to be designed and implemented an integration testing which fits for the character of CC&B system. In order to solve this problem, this paper discusses some theories and technique of integration testing about CC&B system. Then the method of integration testing according to the operation is chose to help CC&B system process integration testing according to its character. And it introduces the principle and process of that method. It emphasizes to describe the generation of CC&B system's integration testing cases, and the process activity of integration testing.
