The intelligent valve control system of pumping well is used in separate-zone produce technique. It is the key technique in well logging and ponding. Originally separate-zone produce technique is based on powerdriven. The main disadvantages are its complex structure, easy breakage and it can not automatically cap on time. In the cap project, stamp costs highly and makes work and maintenance difficultly. This paper introduces a new system which combines the intelligent valve control technique with the single chip computer technique. The new system can automatically cap in well and realize separate-zone produce without moving limb.Firstly, this paper introduces the background as well as significance of intelligent valve control system and explains the main research and content.Secondly, after indicating the main frame of the topic, this paper introduces the hardware structure and software design sequentially. The hardware structure mainly includes: valve time setting device (the upper computer) based on AT89C52 single chip computer uses keyboard andLCD to set time data and communicates by serial port. There are 125℃ and 85℃ two kinds of the well valve operating boards. The main content of this part includes: exterior time clock module, motor current detect module, flow signal detect module, time-sharing power supply module and motor drive module. It also analyzes the differences between 125 C operating board and 85℃ operating board. Software design can be divided into the upper computer part and the lower computer part. The whole program is developed by C language.Finally, experiments in this paper find a way to correct the temperature error caused by clock signal and abtain satisfactory results. The system has run in September this year for the first time.The characteristics of this paper include: uses the single chip computer control technique in the intelligent valve control system; controls the valve operatation on setting time accurately; long runs under the pumping well's high temperature formidable condition; solves the puzzles caused by powerdriven. All of the work this paper has done is to propose a solution to the difficult problem of separate-zone produce technique.
