Hyper pressure processing technology involves a novel and advanced technology, which is rapidly developing. The applications are widely expanding into many fields, such as food processing, medical manufacture, etc. Comparing with other advanced countries in depth and width, the study of hyper pressure technology in our country has a gap; and hyper pressure processor still lies in the experimental stage. Therefore, it is necessary to make researches on hyper pressure processing technology and control method of its applications.HPB-500/50 hyper pressure biologic processor is the equipment that is capacious and production oriented. Host computer utilizes Personal Computer which the man-machine interaction control program with VC++ is developed based on, while slave computer uses Siemens S7-200 series 226 CPU as controller. This paper adopts the strategy that relies mainly on feedforward-feedback closed loop through analyzing the structure of the whole system. The improved communicative scheme enhances the ability of real time of data exchange between host computer and slave computer. Host computer uses object oriented method while slave computer uses structured method to implement control programs respectively. Finally, the improvable part of the control system is prospected.The system can run continuously and achieve anticipative demand. |
