Luckywind Sporting Goods Co. Ltd., in Shandong Zibo put investment to build up AutoID Quality-tracing Management Information Systems(AQMIS). The purpose is to reach the enterprise business target and to enhance its management level, by means of the computerized systems. The major goal of the AQMIS deployment is to facilitate understanding of the company's products, as well as product quality in the production process and quality-related information when product quality problems happen or senior managers need to know the quality of products, by producing,warehousing, logistics management and other details of the various sectors; to trace the data about the quality of the products according to the identification information users give;or, according to the relevant departments focused on by the seniors, to trace defects related to the quality of products in the process of producing, BOM warehouse storage and transportation of the products.It is noted that, through the whole project design cycle including system requirement analyses and system modeling, RUP is used as development tool to analyze and configure software development process. The UML is used as standard language for specifying, visualizing, constructing, and documenting the artifacts of software system, meanwhile, it abstracts some advantages from nimble program. Delphi is used as a programming and development platform. This paper will present analyses and design for System administrator module, quality examine data collecting subsystem, workshop Working data collecting subsystem, external cooperation working data collecting subsystem, warehouse management data collecting subsystem, Logistics management data collecting subsystem, quality-tracing subsystem and so on.Based on the detailed analyses for the project background and AQMIS current status for enterprises internationally, this paper presents the major issue that must be solved and presents the whole system descriptions. Furthermore, it gives the detailed requirement analyses and system architecture. To illustrate, some topital samples are used to show how system modules are designed and implemented.In this paper, the following key issues are solved: First, there is a short of mutual and standard methodology for RUP and UML process in IT development work. As a result, different group s of people have different point view from different angle. They have to spend more time to communicate and exchange ideas with each other., and the overall costs will be increased. In this paper, a combination method of RUP and traditional waterfall construction process, as well as UML and structural procedural languages introduced. This standardized software developing methodology in the team working environment.Second,Since RUP and UML are important file management mode, in practice, it is difficult to act for the interaction and change, so in this paper, some advantages in extreme-programming are added: to strengthen the interaction with the users; to provide software products with the users as possible; to strengthen contracts with users; to respond to changes than follow previous plans, hang normalized development and nimble program of RUP and UML together organicly.Third,AQMIS has high demands for the security and performance, and it is of great importance to the security ot the database server. So AQMIS uses a "double-hot backup" security solutions so as to enhance the security of the database server greatly.
