The cantilever revolvable belt conveyor is a new type transportation mechanism with complete function, flexility and well applicability. It can fulfil large numbers of middle scale process manufacturing enterprises'production need, and improve factories'productive efficiency. For well use a mechanism must be fitted out a human machine operating system. In this paper it is analysed the cantilever revolvable belt conveyor's control request, then is developed a suit of electric control system with hand and remote control.It is realized that motor protection and the integration of hand and remote control via reconstruct the circuitry design. The remote control system based on the MSP430 and Nrf905 wireless chip, and having good man machine interaction interface, which make remote control system having the resource for functional expansion. The electric control system can be operated effectively, securely and simply. |
