In the current network environment and with the current transmission rate, main teaching methods and measures of the long-distance teaching are presented by Web pages eventually, the interactive network teaching system is a complemented work based on Web with C/S pattern. In current teaching designs, the concept is usually adopted based on the cognition doctrine study thoery, which is relied on"Teach". The long-distance teaching is an individual studying process, students study through Web pages designed based on"Teach", and thus the leaning quality of students will be affected.There are some problems and queries in the teaching design of current network, it has become a hot point of the network teaching to design high quality Web pages efficiently and systematically that are suitable for network teaching based on"Study"."Research and implementation of the individualization teaching design modeling"are relatively front area of research in network teaching. During the research process of the paper, first, through the analysis to current network teaching and network teaching main forms, main problems are found in the current network teaching. To systematic research to the correlation theory that individualization teaching design and modeling research institute relates, solution of network teaching with individual characters is proposed:the solution takes design of teaching elements as basis of individual teaching analysis and design; explores a way called visualization modeling to carry out the individual teaching design using UML; the individual teaching design is completed with the individual teaching platform that is specially designed.Then, carry on the system design to the individualization teaching design platform. Next is that achieves technique and the realization process of the systematic model (the individualization teaching design platform )is researched, the platform development design uses Framework of Components Development Methodology(FCDM),it is designed to achieve with the VB programming technique. The demand with the system in the development process is the point of departure, in accordance the basic function of platform is fixed,the platform frame is achieved in the design,with ActiveX control technical design diplex teaching element component,the design is achieved such order of platform basic function and is carriedon the concrete development design . Finally by means of the concrete example, on the individualization teaching design platform, how to carry on the individualization teaching design, yet moreover through the platform outputs Web pages that are directly used the network teaching.The individualization teaching design modeling enriches teaching design measure and manifestation, may not merely adjust the content of courses static state modeling, but also adjust the dynamic modeling of teaching process, the individualization teaching design platform has specified pragmatic value and the development prospect.
