A Telecomm Business Hall Base On Hierarchical Architecture

In the past, Telecom Company was user door-to-door consult and handle business. With telecommunication development and market competition tough, this passive selling pattern can't meet the need of telecommunication development, customer manager door-to-door handle business cause high cost and weak pertinence. With the improvement of user's quality and social informatization, internet-based management model support a new channel of communication and service between companies and customers, which can provide high quality services, convenient usage, and remarkable economic benefit, and telecommunication operators pay more and more attention to it, at present telecommunication operators is pushing step by step.Drived by practical requirement of telecom company, this paper design a hierarchical architecture TCSSA for Telecom internet BOSS based on WBDS. TCSSA consist of presentation layer(PL), common layer(CL), business layer(BL), data access layer(DAL) and data layer(DL), while PL support the UI definition ,accept U&I alternation event and control service, CL support application-independent infrastructure, DAL complete data storage, realize data interchange and support data access control service, and DL support data stored procedure, complete data add delete update, realize data-base service logical methods and services.Based on TCSSA, design and implement a flexible and efficient online system which adopt .NET and ORACLE technology, solve the issue of data exchange with existing business systems by common layer, adapter pattern and stored procedures.This system support business inquiries, payment operations, complaints and recommendations management, packages management and maintenance, PHS management, new business maintenance and business statistic, and so on. System has been put into use and makes good social and economic results. Not only save time and traveling expenses of user door-to-door handle business, but also extend telecom company service deal scope, improve service level, strengthen flow control, and reduce operation cost.
