Research On Classification Algorithms In Gene Expression Data Analyzing

This paper introduces bioinformatics, gene chip technique and data mining briefly. Algorithms of Classification analysis on gene expression data that associated with the computational intelligence are studied. A selecting algorithm based on the whole characteristics of training data is put forward, three parameters are referred. The algorithm based on Genetic Algorithm and Rough set is discussed. Finally, the algorithms are realized and applied to the classification analysis of gene expression data and the experiment results are discussed.
