This author mainly analyzes some barriers which exist in the marketization of digital television industry in china. Then we obtain the countermeasures. The goal is to accelerate the marketization of digital television industry. The study aims at gradual development of digital television industry.The digital television (DTV) belongs to the new high-tech, which is another new technological revolution of the television industry. The digital television system takes the digital television technology as the core and spreads out to the television product group in the production level, simultaneously each main participation of digital television market constitutes to digital television industry chain. To the traditional simulation television, the digital television has the incomparable superiority in various aspects and has the extremely good potential developments and prospects.This analysis process in this article includes enerality and the particular analysis of the digital television industry and wants to expound the significance and the value of the digital television industry research. In the analysis the author mainly uses the market theory and the marketization theory and make use of the generality of new high-tech industry to manifest the marketization.Then proposes several characteristics of the digital television industry and carries on the feasible foundation in theory and fact.The article uses the present development situation of digital television, to obtain the industrial management, the development, the coordination and the division and conformity on various aspects. Afterwards the author proposes the countermeasures to accelerate digital television industry, aimming at the problems, the concrete national conditions and the present market situations.One important innovation point of this article lies in the explicit limits to the digital television industry marketization. In investment analysis of network operation business in the industry chain, we finish the appraisal with the law of internal revenue rate.
