The Research And Implementation Of Machine Monitoring And Management System Based On Wide Area Network

Monitoring system can collect vehicle's state data and position data through computer network, and display vehicle on a map by using geographic information system component for the monitoring purpose .If GIS components are adopted in the developing process for monitoring system, we can reduce the workload, and shorten the development time. But in regard to user's requirements and the characteristic of Wide Area Network uniform solution platform needs more consideration. Based on .NET technology, we constitute a well-found monitoring system that is integration of WebGIS,WebMIS,XML Web Services.The structure and technology of leading solutions is detailedly introduced. The dissertation brings forward a solution, which satisfies Wide Area Network's requirements, implements B/S,C/S architecture based on .NET and J2ME.Firstly, I extend the database according to system requirements by appending data tables and stored procedures which are important steps to protect from attacking.Then, it explains how Network environment has influence upon solution. User has totally different network environment, from Dial-up,ADSL to VPN(Virtual Private Network) .But HTTP service is universal. SOAP protocol can provide complementary service by binding with HTTP. Browser/Server-solution Based on .NET platform is selected after much consideration in contrast with J2EE. Loose- coupling C/S solution can satisfy narrowband-user's needs without increase of cost, and besides, it can resolve the problem that is brought about by incompatible version of browser.J2ME platform application can offer more convenience as a part of the whole blue print.Finally, I explain the implementation of the project concretely, and summarize the work we have done.
