Use experts evaluating method, make full use of plant protection expert's forecast experience in preventing domain many years. With computer technology and the network technology, design, establish a set forecast system with computer assistance which distributing on multi-observation points and big plant area.This thesis use GDS to concentrate the opinions of multi-expert, fully considered expert group collective wisdom and individual ability, Proposed the expert supports a definite method, designed suitable target system.
