Along with the development and extensive applications of computer technique and network technique, and the research of mathematics theories and other academics make progress, forecasting farm crop disease with computer assistance has been applied in agriculture production.The potato late blight is one kind of destructive disease cause by phytiphthora infestans, Yunnan Province ecology multiplicity and environment complexity cause to forecasting this disease is extremely difficult. This thesis analyzed the actuality of research on late blight forecast technology with computer assistance. The actual situation of potato planter in Yunnan Province including surface broad, scale small, the variety are many, dispersible. Use experts evaluating method, make full use of plant protection expert's forecast experience in preventing domain many years. With computer technology and the network technology, design, establish a set forecast system with computer assistance which distributing on multi-observation points and big plant area.This thesis use GDS to concentrate the opinions of multi-expert, fully considered expert group collective wisdom and individual ability, Proposed the expert supports a definite method, designed suitable target system. And consider the strategy to dynamically adjust the expert supports after analyzing and contrasting theexpert's forecast conclusion with actual ratio.Recur to UML model tool, the thesis analysis and design the system withobject-oriented technology and method, select MySql as backstage database of the system, designed GUI with .NET technology.
