Organic Light Emitting Device (OLED) is a display technology with the most development prospects in the next generation recognized by the industry. It is one of the hot spots in photoelectric display area. With the rapid development of OLED technology, its related technologies and products also develop to cope, such as pixel driving circuit and peripheral driving circuit. Currently, many IC manufacturers in the world, such as Solomon Systech limited corporation in Hong Kong, Clare Corp in the United States, Princeton Technology Corp in Taiwan etc., have developed a variety of OLED Driving IC. However, OLED Driving IC design is relatively weak in the Mainland of China, and OLED Driving ICs are mainly from abroad. This led to the organic light-emitting display products with a relatively high cost. Therefore, the development and manufacture of OLED Driving IC with independent intellectual property rights is an important thing. In paper, firstly,it is devoted to the advantages, mechanism luminescence and application areas of OLED display technology. Active and Passive OLED-driven approach are compared. Development of Driving IC in Domestic and foreign at present is introduced, and the main work of this thesis is summarized. Then, characteristics of a-Si TFT and p-Si TFT AMOLED are compared. And several pixel driving circuits are introduced for solving problems of the threshold voltage drift and charge speed for storage capacitor CS, and the advantages and disadvantages of each are analyzed. The pixel driving circuits of voltage read-in two tubes a-Si TFT AMOLED and current read-in four a-Si TFT AMOLED are simulated. The Process of the capacitor charge and discharge , the...
