The three dimension space information visualization is vital significance to basin water resource management. Considering that at present two dimensional visualization way has not been able to meet the data information requirements. It is imperative to study how to uses the three dimensional visualization technology to express all kinds of information, further integrated visualization and hydrodynamics model to analyze flood rule. The main study object is Zhalong Wetland in Songnen Basin. The research of valley 3D visualization scene construction and flood routing simulation realization method are dealt, the solution of flood flow field simulation and cross section analysis are discuss emphatically. Mathematical model is core part of basin visualization research, which directly affects scientificity and accuracy. The commercial model system has questions of software expand difficulty, and some other algorithm cannot satisfy precision or the real-time requirement, so the hydraulic model is built. The results are displayed vividly in virtual scene which is established with program language of Visual C++ and OpenGL. At present flow field simulation manner mostly has time delay, deficient controllability, so this paper brings forward the methods of drawing flow velocity vector graphics with OpenGL in the 3D virtual scene to simulate and analyze flow field. At the same time cross section and flood analysis are completed. Accordingly, it assists flood flow field visualization and provides the more effective analysis method for the flood mathematics model research and application. In order to realize data share and satisfy the 3D visualization needs in the larger range, virtual scene and flood process that have been set up are issued and demonstrated in Internet network. Internet platform is founded with program language of Java and VRML. Base on these methods 3D visualization simulation system is established. Flood numerical simulation visualization is obtained by making the best of advantage of C/S and B/S mode, and further apply to Xin'anjiang River Basin research. Application research results in Wetland and channel show that integrated 3D visualization and hydraulic model can enormously enhance data disposal speed of model result, has realized direct-viewing simulation and the analysis for flood rule in the 3D virtual scene, and has great practical significance for valley modern management and flood disaster plan establishment.
