This paper is studied on the contrast transfer function of line-array fiber-optic image bundles.The first ,with the definition of the contrast transfer function (CTF), the contrast transfer function (CTF) expression of line-array fiber-optics image bundles was derived.The next, the influence of phase match between input signal and line-array fiber-optic image bundles on the contrast transfer function was analysed digitally. The results show that alignment between pixels of image bundle and input pattern has cyclic variation on measuring result of the CTF. The CTF value decreases with increasing of the frequency under Nyquist frequency.The last, the CTF of the line-array fiber-optic image slicer is measured with the microscope objective projection CCD CTF measure equipment. A local view scan measuring method is adopted, by 10/0.25 micro objective and 3# resolution test pattern (resolution factor is 1.8751p/mm.) . the average measured value of CTF is 0.52 and simulated result is 0.66. |
