| Large multipurpose dam project is an information-concentrated project with a great number of automation systems supervising different objects which can hardly exchange data freely with each other. Therefore, to establish integrated information management system is quite important and necessary to the management of multipurpose dam project.This essay is trying to analyze some problems of information management in China, and according to the features of production management system of Baise Multipurpose Dam Project, some solutions are proposed by the author. In this essay, the principle of design and scheme are expatiated along with the designs of setting hardware& software, constructing the network, connecting various real time sub-systems into production management information system and the security. Besides, the functional module and design flow of production management information system are introduced. This system is believed to hasten the modernization of business administration and do a great attribution to the success of enterprises. |
