By researching the course in the design of northeast oil transportation pipeline automation system in this paper, based on the redundancy principle, the reliable mathematical model and genetic algorithm, the paper evaluate and analyze the long way transportation automatic system, and analyze the example of northeast oil transportation pipeline according to its fact, which proves the reliability and practicality of the method. The paper completes the work in detail as follows:Firstly, take advantage of the reliable mathematical model and redundancy principle to analyze the redundancy system. Bring forward the redundancy system evaluation based on the reliable mathematical model and evaluate each redundancy project. The result shows that this method can prove the reliability of redundancy system efficiently.Secondly, apply computer fault-tolerant technique and security mechanism in the design of automation system. In precondition of keeping the reliability of the original system, establish the safely evaluated system. Be sure that when the affair that can not be refused happens, the loss of the system can be limited in minimum.Finally, apply the improved genetic algorithm in the long way transportation pipeline which is a typical optimized problem. Put forward the coding scheme which is different from the past. Through the experiment, make sure the range of parameter in value. By analyzing the example, optimize the SCADA design of long way transportation pipeline.
