| The complexity of manufacturing enterprises management determines that ERP system is a complicated software system. As a result of the difficulty to understand and master ERP, many ERP systems'putting in practice fail. How to make users understand and master ERP system quickly becomes a problem which needs the enterprises manager to solve urgently, and becomes an important task which ERP systems'execution, application and teaching need to face.On the base of analyzing the characteristics of ERP system and ERP learning, taking apart the leaning contents and learning styles of ERP, and integrating Agent technology, we present an E-learning model which is used to learn ERP, viz. the ERP learning model. This model contains student model module that analyzes users'personalized learning requests, teacher model module that is used to distill business rules, design teaching objects and learning contents, and agent group that is assistant of accomplishing learning process containing learning content management agent, answering agent, communication agent, evaluation agent, statistical and analysis agent. Through the interaction of each module, the model realizes users'personalized learning. Besides, we also study the goal-oriented evaluation means based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to the learning result in the model.In the process of studying leaning model, several parts use the subjection degree of Fuzzy Mathematics. The use of Fuzzy Mathematics decreases the subjective factors, and evaluates and analyses the learners more objective. On the base of studying learning model, we design and realize ERP learning tool system, designing the modules agent used in the system, expressly studies the design of personalized learning style, intelligent answering agent and communication agent. Based on system design, with the J2EE platform and MVC development pattern, we realize the system. Finally, take the making MPS as an example to show how to study ERP using the system. |
