From "Monolog" Dialogue To Multi-side Dialogue

China's TV news reform is a subject researched by the academe. This article tried to use Bakhtin's theories of dialogue to explain the development trend of China's TV news reform. Nowadays, China's TV news experienced two momentous reforms: the first reform is progressing in the"information"attribute and took turns"Politics News","Deepness News"and"The Citizen's Livelihood News". The second reform is progressing in the"public"attribute and produced"Public News". This article discussed that the first reform experienced the process from"monolog"dialogue to"effective dialogue". The second reform changed the dialogue way of unilateralism and initiated the new phase by the way of the character of multi-side dialogue. The research of"public news"in the academe just begins, this article used theories of dialogue to give a new explanation. The author hopes use this research to nudge the TV media .
