Parameterized design is an important part of mechanics design. The parameterized design is a whole process from the analyses of function to the creation of parameterized models. Using parameterized design, the designer no need to draw models. Only change parameters, can create different forms of drawings. Avoid of the same kind of parts design. Three dimensions parameterized design can create CNC need models and change to two dimensions engineering drawings. Using parameterized design, the designers can be liberated from complicated repeated modeling, so they can invest mort time and effort to the project in virtual assembling, CNC process, and the analysis of force and movement simulation. Whether can make a modeling quickly and precisely is a common demand for both the developers and the users.Under this background, this thesis does some research work according to the demand of a company's snatch picture robot system and lab research, combine to the existing robot system. After the analysis of transmission parts of servo motor, ballscrew and linear rail parts, sum up and summarize the designing calculation step by step. On the platform of UG, established a parametrization scheme. This system is based of Windows XP, through using VC++6.0 as an interface and to calculate, ADO as a database technology, the parameters can be automatically loaded into UG. by using UG/Open GRIP and UG/Open API to realize the parameterized design of a kind of robot transmission system. Using this system, users just input some appropriate parameters, then can automatically create the main parts of UG three dimensions models that are fit for the working need. Assemble them...
