The Design And Implementation Of Production Real-Time Information System Of Dongming Petrochemical Corp.

Production real-time information system is the production management technology and the real-time information system for workshop tier. It is the key factor of the informational theory based on three-tier structure of Process Industry. It is an effective Path for the invests rapidly obtains the repayment in enterprise informationization.Real-time database, the bridge of realizing enterprise management and control integration, is the key of production real-time information system, and its establishing is a pivotal part in the construction of Petrochemical enterprise information technology. The interface technology of real-time database is the key to the function of data collection.In this paper, the main functions of production real-time information system are expounded, and FDP real-time system as well as the structure and of functional module are presented based on the actual situation of Dongming Petrochemical Corp.. A detailed analysis on the communication interfaces of hardware and software in different DCS system, for instance software interfaces OPC, DDE, hardware interfaces RS232, was made in the main manufacturing plant. A program of Client/Server structure using to solve the data acquisition between different communication interfaces was designed. The data from manufacturing process to the real-time database comes true. And also the functions of the data display in the flowsheet, the real-time data browsing, process alarm, and history etc. based on Browser/Server structure come true.According to the software application in the manufacturing, a material balance data, energy-calculated data, and production deploying data are abstracted and coordinated.
