Distinctive Self-taught Higher Education Examination (DSTHEE) is a society-oriented new-type self-taught examination proposed by JiangSu provincial education department in recent years. It is completely different from the original the Self-taught Higher Education Examination (STHEE) in teaching and management. This thesis describes completely the requirement analysis and design of the teaching management system of DSTHEE using methods and tools of software engineering, and introduces the implementation with .NET technology.The thesis adopts the method of 00A (Object Oriented Analysis) to analyze the transaction data flow and system function in the DSTHEE in details as the research object of a DSTHEE for a typical university. And it gives out the system entity model and software system architecture.On the basis of analyzing the features of B/S and C/S software architecture model, The thesis proposes adopts the B/S model to implement teaching management system in the DSTHEE based on .NET technology. In order to facilitate the integration of higher education management system with the other software system, it introduces the web services technology to solve the data sharing problem in the heterogeneous platform, and discusses the call methods in different systems.At Last, the thesis expounds the key technology in the system, including components technology, security technology, data conversion technology, and dynamic report form generation technology, etc. It is a good references for the other same kind systems.
